Every REGIMNT product is developed with careful attention to design, fabric selection, garment construction and finishing techniques to ensure consistency in quality, comfort and durability.
We continuously strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, measurements, images and other information displayed on our website accurately represent the products offered.
However, due to the nature of textile manufacturing, garment dyeing, washing techniques, printing processes and manual finishing, minor variations may naturally occur between individual garments.
Such variations are expected characteristics of apparel manufacturing and shall not constitute manufacturing defects.
5. FABRIC & GARMENT CHARACTERISTICS
REGIMNT garments are manufactured using carefully selected fabrics and may undergo specialised production and finishing techniques to achieve their intended appearance, texture and fit.

Accordingly, such characteristics shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects or grounds for return, exchange or refund.
6. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
REGIMNT makes every reasonable effort to accurately display product colours, garment details, fabric textures, prints, embroidery, trims and dimensions across its website.
Actual colours and appearance may vary depending on factors including:
- Screen settings.
- Device calibration.
- Photography.
- Lighting conditions.
- Fabric dye lots.
- Garment washing techniques.
- Production batch variations.
Accordingly, slight differences between website imagery and the delivered product shall not constitute manufacturing defects.

7. PRICING

Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, REGIMNT reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount received.
8. ORDERS

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
An order shall be deemed accepted only when the product has been dispatched by REGIMNT.
REGIMNT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent activity.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, REGIMNT will notify the customer and refund any payment received through the original payment method.

REGIMNT does not store customers' payment card details on its own servers.

14. GARMENT CARE
REGIMNT garments are designed for everyday wear when used and maintained with reasonable care.
To maximise the longevity, appearance and performance of your garment, customers are encouraged to:

- Wash garments inside out where applicable.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Use mild detergents.
- Avoid bleach and harsh cleaning agents.
- Avoid excessive washing.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight while drying.
- Iron only in accordance with the garment care instructions.
- Store garments in a clean and dry environment.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper washing, improper drying, negligence, accidental damage or failure to follow reasonable garment care practices shall not constitute a manufacturing defect.
15. FABRIC & GARMENT VARIATIONS
REGIMNT garments are produced using premium fabrics and specialised manufacturing techniques that may result in slight variations between individual garments.
These variations are expected characteristics of modern apparel manufacturing and may include:
- Slight colour variation.
- Fabric texture variation.
- Wash pattern variation.
- Distressing variation.
- Fading variation.
- Print placement variation.
- Embroidery placement variation.
- Stitch density variation within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.
- Minor differences between production batches.
Such characteristics contribute to the individuality of each garment and shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects, quality issues or grounds for return, exchange or refund.
16. GARMENT AGEING
Garments naturally evolve through regular wear and washing.
Over time, customers may observe gradual changes including:
- Natural softening of fabric.
- Slight fading.
- Development of unique wear patterns.
- Minor changes in texture.
- Natural creasing.
- Minor shrinkage where consistent with the garment care instructions.
These changes are considered normal characteristics of apparel and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
17. COLOUR TRANSFER
Certain fabrics, dyes and garment washing techniques may result in minimal colour transfer, particularly when a garment is new or exposed to moisture, perspiration or prolonged friction against lighter-coloured materials.
Customers are advised to exercise reasonable care when wearing darker garments together with light-coloured clothing, footwear, bags or upholstered surfaces.
Customers are also encouraged to wash darker garments separately during the initial washes in accordance with the garment care instructions.
Minor colour transfer resulting from these circumstances is a recognised characteristic of certain dyeing processes and shall not constitute a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
18. ZIPPERS, BUTTONS & HARDWARE
Certain REGIMNT garments incorporate functional hardware including zippers, buttons, snaps, rivets, drawcord accessories, buckles, eyelets or other metal or polymer components.
Normal use may result in:
- Minor hairline scratches.
- Surface marks.
- Gradual fading of finishes.
- Natural oxidation on metal components.
- Minor cosmetic wear consistent with regular use.
Such changes are considered normal signs of wear and shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects.
19. ALLERGIES & MATERIAL SENSITIVITIES
REGIMNT garments may contain natural or synthetic fibres, dyes, elastics, metal trims, adhesives, prints, coatings or other manufacturing materials.
Customers with known allergies or sensitivities to such materials should carefully consider these factors before purchasing or using REGIMNT products.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, REGIMNT shall not be liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities or medical conditions arising from an individual's pre-existing sensitivities to materials used in the manufacture of the product.
20. PRODUCT MISUSE
REGIMNT products are intended solely for their ordinary and intended purpose as apparel.
REGIMNT shall not be responsible for damage arising from:

21. PRODUCT ALTERATIONS
Customers should not alter, modify or repair REGIMNT products without prior authorisation.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Altering the garment fit.
- Shortening or lengthening the garment.
- Removing or replacing original hardware.
- Replacing zippers, buttons or trims.
- Adding patches, embroidery or custom artwork.
- Dyeing, bleaching or chemically treating the garment.
- Cutting, distressing or modifying the original construction.
- Making structural alterations to seams or panels.
Any damage resulting from unauthorised alterations shall void any applicable warranty or exchange eligibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. THIRD-PARTY REPAIRS
Repairs, alterations or modifications carried out by unauthorised third parties are undertaken entirely at the customer's own risk.
REGIMNT shall not be responsible for defects, damage, diminished garment performance or changes in appearance resulting from unauthorised repair, tailoring or modification.
23. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The visual appearance, construction, fit, pattern, graphic elements, print layouts, embroidery, finishing techniques and ornamental features of REGIMNT products are proprietary to REGIMNT.
Customers and third parties shall not:
